株主総会！！
さて僕は株なんかやらないので株主総会なんかにはもちろん出ませんがちらっと聞いた話によるとやはりいろいろまだまだ危険がいっぱいらしいです。その対策の一つに、株主さんが座る椅子と椅子とを、結束バンドで括り付けてるらしいんですが、なんでかって？？過去に怒った株主さんが椅子投げたりしてたらしいのでその防止策らしいですね。
Let’s talk about a day of a stockholder’s meeting though I don’t have stocks. I heard some toppings of the day.
For example, chairs are bound together next to each other otherwise some angry stockholders play chair throwing. They get wild when the stock price that they have is bad.
それから株主さんって別に経済経営の専門家ではないので、質問内容も多岐にわたるそうです。例えばばその会社のカスタマーサービスに問い合わせしたけど対応が気に入らないんだけど、最高責任者は誰ですか？とある役員の熱意が感じられないとか言って、該当役員が再度大きな声で、目標達成宣言させられたりって学級会かっ！！
The questions are versatile, not only limited in that of price, because not all stockholders are specialists.
“I hate the way answer the customer service did several days ago. Who is the head?”
“I don’t think one executive on the new list enthusiasm and energy, show your will again.” And the one on the new list stood up and said his statement just loud...

そういえばデビットボウイ株というのがあるらしいが総会で元気がないと言ったら大きな声で歌ってくれるのかな？思ってググってみたら株ではなくて債なんですね。

そういえば最近、インディペンデントミュージシャンの資金調達方法で、出資者を募ったりするサイトもあったりして、それって昔の芸術家とパトロンの関係か、活動の幅はネットによりかなり裾野が広がってるけど、そういう点では”自分債”ってのは発想としてはかり先を行ってたんですね。というか大企業も起業時はインディペンデントだったんだよね、きっと。

つまりは、やるやつはいつでもやるってことですね。
